The Pakistani Defense Minister threatened to launch attacks on Pakistani Taliban sanctuaries outside his country.
Pakistan’s Defense Minister, Khawaja Asif, has threatened that under a new military operation named “Operation Resolve,” Pakistani Taliban sanctuaries outside Pakistan’s borders will be targeted.
Mr. Asif has accused the Afghan Taliban of once again sheltering Pakistani militants and stated that there is no reason to negotiate with the Pakistani Taliban.
The Pakistani Defense Minister made these remarks to Voice of America and emphasized regarding attacks by Pakistani Taliban from inside Afghanistan that Pakistan will take action if necessary.
